Is it cordless, and does it work in either hand?
Yes to both. It's USB rechargeable, with a 200 mAh, 3.7 V battery. It runs forward and reverse, so it works in either hand. It has 4 modes (two speeds, two directions) and a built-in LED light so you can see what you're doing.
How do I change the heads?
Press the head's shaft gently into the hole at the tip until it feels secure. To remove it, slide it straight out. Don't use tools or tap the head in: that can damage the head and the drill.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free and tracked, to the US and Australia only. Your order arrives in 9–18 business days in the US and 11–23 in Australia, including 1–3 business days to prepare it. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Can I return it?
Yes, the drill unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery (email hello@lazyvanity.com first for the return address; return shipping is paid by you). For hygiene reasons, the nail drill bits (the heads) can't be returned once opened or used, unless they're faulty. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we send a free replacement or a full refund.
