Refund policy

Damaged, faulty or wrong item. Tell us within 30 days of delivery at hello@lazyvanity.com with a photo. We send a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send the item back.

Lost parcel. If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, or tracking shows no movement for 15 days, we send a free replacement or a full refund.

Changed your mind. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund the item price once the return arrives.

Hygiene items. For hygiene reasons, makeup brushes, makeup sponges, nail drill bits and foot file rollers can't be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

Australian customers: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights for faulty items.
