Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States and Australia.

Cost: free tracked shipping on every order.

Import fees (US): US orders ship duty-paid. Import duties and fees are included in our price, so there's nothing to pay at delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay import fees on a US order, email hello@lazyvanity.com with your order number before paying and we'll cover it.

Times:

• Orders are prepared in 1-3 business days.
• Delivery takes 8-15 business days to the US and 10-20 business days to Australia.
• You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Multiple items may arrive in separate parcels.

Address: please check it at checkout. We can't redirect parcels once shipped.

Lost or damaged parcels: see our refund policy - we replace or refund.
