Shipping is free and tracked, to the US and Australia only. Your order arrives in 9–18 business days in the US and 11–23 in Australia, including 1–3 business days to prepare it. You get a tracking link by email when it ships. The items may arrive in separate parcels.
Can I return the brushes?
For hygiene reasons, makeup brushes can't be returned once opened or used, unless they're faulty. Unopened brushes in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery (email hello@lazyvanity.com first for the return address; return shipping is paid by you). If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we send a free replacement or a full refund.
