How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free and tracked, to the US and Australia only. Your order arrives in 9–18 business days in the US and 11–23 in Australia, including 1–3 business days to prepare it. You get a tracking link by email when it ships. The items may arrive in separate parcels.
What can I return?
The brush cleaner can be returned unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery (email hello@lazyvanity.com first for the return address; return shipping is paid by you). For hygiene reasons, the brushes can't be returned once opened or used, unless they're faulty. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we send a free replacement or a full refund.
